How the delivery takes place:

You will receive your package in 1/3 working days. Our courier delivers on Saturdays only during the Christmas period, not Sundays and holidays. During the Christmas/New Year or Sales periods, Shipments may be Delayed.

Please always check the tracking provided on this page and contact customer service only in case of non-delivery due to incorrect address or shipping problems.
Regarding shipping, we can only wait for information from the courier on this page, we ship orders immediately as soon as they arrive and entrust the package to the BRT courier.

You will shortly receive an email from the Courier and you will be able to:

- Follow your parcel step by step
- Modify the delivery date
- Collect your package at one of the collection points in your country.
Usually sms e emails from the courier arrive in the evening even if the parcels leave in the morning.

- If the first delivery is not successful, our courier will make a second attempt the following day.
|
|
|
|
You can also decide from the email sent by the BRT courier to collect the package at a fermepoint or directly at the BRT office.
