Riceverai via mail il tracking della spedizione e sarai aggiornato su tutte le fasi della spedizione. Solitamente il tracking spedizione arriva la sera anche se il pacco parte la mattina.

Una volta inoltrato non possiamo cancellare un ordine ma contattaci cercheremo di trovare una soluzione se possibile.

Possiamo fare un eccezione di reso sulle code per capelli se non è stato rotto il loro sigillo originale e non sono state staccate dal packaging ma normalmente per motivi igienici non viene fatto reso.


Le extension a contatto con i capelli rientrano tra i prodotti che, per motivi igienici e sanitari, possono essere esclusi dal diritto di recesso. Accettazione della Politica di Spedizione e Contrassegno

Con l'acquisto tramite il nostro sito, il Cliente accetta esplicitamente le seguenti condizioni relative alla spedizione e al pagamento delle spese di spedizione in caso di rifiuto del pacco:

  1. Spese di Spedizione
  2. Le spese di spedizione per ogni ordine vengono calcolate in fase di acquisto e vengono specificate al momento del checkout. Il Cliente si impegna a pagare tali spese per l'invio dei prodotti.
  3. Pagamento in Contrassegno
  4. Se il Cliente sceglie di pagare con contrassegno (pagamento in contante al momento della consegna), il pacco verrà inviato con la modalità di spedizione specificata durante l'acquisto.
  5. Rifiuto del Pacco
  6. Nel caso in cui il Cliente rifiuti la consegna del pacco, per qualsiasi motivo, il Cliente si impegna a rimborsare le spese di spedizione sostenute, che ammontano a 12 euro, a titolo di costo di gestione e restituzione della merce.
  7. Obbligo di Rimborso
  8. Se il pacco viene rifiutato al momento della consegna, e tale rifiuto non è dovuto a un errore da parte nostra (ad esempio, errore nell'invio del prodotto), il Cliente è obbligato a rimborsare l'importo delle spese di spedizione e di gestione indicate sopra.
  9. Fatturazione delle Spese di Restituzione
  10. Il rimborso delle spese di spedizione di 12 euro sarà addebitato sulla stessa modalità di pagamento utilizzata per l'acquisto o tramite altro metodo concordato.
  11. Accettazione della Politica
  12. Il Cliente, con l'effettuazione dell'ordine e l'accettazione di queste condizioni, riconosce e accetta espressamente il pagamento delle spese di spedizione di 12 euro in caso di rifiuto del pacco.
